Best Western Plus Wenatchee Downtown Hotel

Our experience here has been great! We’ve received nothing but friendly service. The rooms are clean. The heated pool and hot tub are so nice. We stayed here to go to Leavenworth and the drive there is a straight shot. Our trip hasn’t gone as planned so we booked an extra night to be able to stay one more night and try to find something things other things to do and we are pleased to stay here for another night.

The room, as is always the case with Best Westerns, was clean but a little dated. Many of the Best Westerns in this part of the country were built decades ago, so there is some wear and tear that has become deferred maintenance. With that said, BW is a budget friendly option where you know what to expect. We'd definitely go back to this location.

Gigi handled our check-in and made the whole process fast, smooth, and stress-free. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-managed. We’ll definitely be back!

I had such a wonderful experience checking in, thanks to Gigi! From the moment I arrived, she was infectiously cheerful, professional, and genuinely helpful. Her warm personality immediately made me feel welcome after a long day of travel. She handled everything efficiently while still taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear she truly cares about providing great service, and her positive attitude really set the tone for my visit. The hotel is lucky to have her at the front desk!

Absolutely loved this hotel from the time we checked in Gigi was super helpful and so was the General manager. Breakfast was great. Our room was clean. And walking distance to a Mexican restaurant.

At the tail end of our most recent vacation we stayed overnight at this hotel. The room was very well cleaned. The amenities like the Wifi was not an issue. And of all the beds we slept in other hotels, this bed was the most comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with various options. The care and attention paid to keeping the serving and eating area clean was commendable. If we are ever in the area we will be staying here again.

We had to cancel our family outing to Leavenworth at the last second because of epic flooding. The Best Western didn’t charge a cancellation fee, even though we were well past that deadline. We’ll definitely stay there next year if we reschedule our trip.

Wheelchair users, this is the place to stay. After two other hotels in Wenatchee claimed their room was wheelchair accessible, we were disappointed and majorly inconvenienced to discover upon check-in that was untrue and had to find other accommodations last minute. This hotel has actual wheelchair accessible rooms available. For someone unable to walk and needs to be able to transfer directly from a chair onto the toilet, or to a shower bench, the room was appropriately setup. The toilet was a typical height, not too low. Beds were not too high. Roll-under sink, enough room to maneuver around the bathroom. Roll-in shower. Plenty of grab bars for safety. Will only be booking here for future visits for less hassle by delivering on their accessibility features.
